Description It occurs as white crystals or white crystalline powder. It contains approximately 7.5 olecules of water of crystallization. It is soluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol, and practically insoluble in ether. Application It is mainly composed of 5'-guanylate disodium and 5'-inosinic acid sodium, and its properties are also similar to it. It is white to beige crystal or powder, odorless and delicious, and has significant effect in combination with sodium glutamate. The synergy effect is greatly increased. The 5'-disodium uridine disodium and 5'-disodium citrate disodium have a weaker taste. It can be used as a flavor enhancer (taste agent). This product is often combined with sodium glutamate, the amount of which is about 2% to 10% of monosodium glutamate.
