Product name: L-Serine Description It occurs as a white crystalline powder. It is soluble in water, but is insoluble in alcohol and in ether. It melts with decomposition at about 228° Applications It can be used as a biochemical reagent and a food additive. It can also be used as a nutritional supplement and as a skin nutrition additive in cosmetics.
